INEH Midsummer Retreat 2010

We have the good fortune to have 12 places for an INEH retreat at Holy Isle off the Isle of Arran south west Scotland for the weekend of 26th-29th June 2010. Do look at the website www.holyisland.org to see what a magical place this is. This isle has been a sacred site since time immemorial, once occupied by Celtic saints and now lovingly cared for by Buddhist monks.

We have the exclusive use of the library for our meditation and healing and there will be quiet time with walks, movement and art and an optional boat trip around the island.

Prices range from £138 to £213 including accommodation with three delicious vegetarian meals per day and return jet boat transport from Brodick on Arran.

For more information contact Rosie at info@keeperoftherose.com 01292 520 543.

THEME - SYMBOLISM OF WATER

"Water is unpredictable, mutable, always in flux, pulled by the moon and earth. The flow, the movement in river or ocean, is feminine and of the emotions. Flowing into containers, it changes, taking their shape for a time and flowing out again: it cannot hold the shape of a broken container. Seeking always the most fundamental level, it is to do with the heart's valuation: neither this nor that, but both."

Taken from The Raincloud of Knowable Things, Ian Gordon Brown and Barbara Summers' work.

April 9th – 11th 2010 at Abbot Hall Hotel, Grange-over-sands, Cumbria
overlooking Morecambe Bay.
Do check the website www.christianguild.co.uk/abbothall for pictures of the stunning location and facilities including heated indoor swimming pool and locally sourced a-la-carte menu.
